HOTEL POLICY
- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel.
- Pets not allowed
- The cafeteria is open from March 16 to October 13.
- Check-in can be done from 2.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. From 10pm onwards there is a supplement of 20 EUR for each additional hour. Maximum time of entry 11.59 p.m.
- Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.
- Hotel Mare Nostrum accepts these cards: Visa and Mastercard. It reserves the right to temporarily pre-authorise an amount as a deposit or prior booking information to the client.
- Children cannot stay at the property, without prior authorisation from the hotel management.
- Extra adults can be accommodated for 20 EUR per night in extra beds in rooms that allow it. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Extra beds are available upon request and must be confirmed by the accommodation.
- Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total amount and must be paid separately during the stay.
